Tips on hand sewing
I looked up tips on hand sewing found this website.
These techniques with theses tips as they are universal.

My favourite tip so far is Ironing the fabric before and after use. I believe it is important to get the right measurements for making fabric come together.
Ironing the clothes before had also gives I a professional and polished look.

Techniques
There are many techniques to sewing thread into fabric.
I would like to start with running stitch. I have done some hand sewing with this technique before. I would like to improve with this technique but also want to try others to show which worked best for me in terms of how easy it was to learn and how strong the repair is when finished.
Bought needle and thread
I bought a black thread since a view of my clothes that I want to repair are black themselves or dark shaded.
